Yesterday, I visited a nearby town in Austin Hill Country with my family.

As we approached the dinner hour, we decided to taste-test a highly rated pizzeria near an award-winning distillery. As we approached, I couldn’t help but notice this license plate:

It made me smile.

A luxury brand shouldn’t need to tell people what it stands for—it should demonstrate it at every touchpoint.

In doing so, a luxury brand employs restraint, which actually serves to enhance the brand’s appeal in the eyes of affluent consumers.
